Then one day, the pain inside him caused hatred towards everyone who was better off than him. The boy fled to find a place to hide from his father, cry and to die in his sleep. There, in his dreams, he dreamed of somehow becoming invisible to the world. He would then be able to do whatever he wanted; no one would see nor question his existence.
When he woke up, he found that the spirits had granted his longing to hide from his father and be ‘free’. In that moment, he had become his own spirit and had the power to do anything he pleased. With just a few friends he had even less enemies. So the boy started making up enemies and doing as if the people he saw were evil. He walked around town and teased people, not knowing that he caused anyone whom he played with, to take on the demon he had. His wrath towards his helpless enemies made him stronger as an evil spirit, he found a certain pleasure in robbing their happiness.
Having the power of being invisible, he wanted to hurt the people who made him feel that way; mainly his father. The boy found out, that dad had become an alcoholic ever since the boy left him, miserable. For all the abuse in his life, the spirit boy tried to help the father to his death by giving him more alcohol, ending up in a coma but never got killed. A demon he met while in this other dimension, nagged him on to abuse this lady they both saw suffering. “She’s worthless anyway, show us that you’ve got what it takes to join us.” The boy found himself craving for more power, with the power that the group of demons had, his abilities could be endless. He gave in to his lust and abused the woman. The demon in him said that she was as good as dead, finish her! But while killing, he noticed something. Her screams and eyes were familiar; he had killed his own mother, it was a setup! He soon learned that the only way to get out of his misery was by sacrificing himself. At a sacred tomb where whole legions of fallen angels were screaming, mocking him, he got sacrificed. Now the evil curse was broken and the people he spiritually influenced were released. He went back to his father and slowly was able to help him out of depression. The father remained drunk, and the son remained lonely, but the only thing that mattered was that his son had come back.
